As a brand, one of your top priorities should be maintaining your audience. On social media, what does your audience like to see? What content do they interact with most? These are the questions that should be asked when thinking about the future of your marketing plans and strategies. Basing your decisions off of a month's worth of content and engagement, you will be able to decipher what are the next steps to grow your brand's name on the media platform of your choice.

Building sustainable relationships with your consumers, influencer collaborators, and retail companies is ESSENTIAL to a  long lasting shelf life. The brand's message, image, awareness, and interactions on the internet will draw attention to it. From here, based on the content out you share this is where the connections form.

Curly hair requires a lot of attention and knowledge. As a brand, you can generate content that applies to learning, teaching, and all things that have to do with curly hair. Hair techniques, hair care, tutorials, and implementing expert stylist advice.

On social media applications, it has now become easier for brands to connect with their audience and receive real time feedback on their products. Users are more likely to recommend your product to their audience, friends, and family because of the reputation that as a brand is upholding on social media. Once you have built that connection, you enhance your reputation all around and can come to the brand in the curly hair market.

I have experienced curly hair brands engaging with my content on my TikTok and with this, it makes me want to buy their products more when I am shopping. Formulating that connection/relationship with your consumers are going to push to purchase and admire your curly hair brand. With the brand interaction with my product review, this shows that they are out looking to see and hear what their audience has to say— it shows they care.

The curly hair community has a big stance on curating a safe space for all. Posting with a purpose and engaging consistently with consumers, influencers, and hair stylist on social platforms will ensure that the brand remains relevant and respected within the curly hair community.
